THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

After a journey from Malekula Island to Auckland’s bustling port, our precious cacao beans travel to our chocolate factory in Whangamatā, nestled in the breathtaking Coromandel Peninsula. And that’s when the real magic begins.

In our cozy chocolate kitchen, we take pride in crafting chocolate the old-fashioned way.

Using traditional machines, we start by roasting, cracking, and winnowing the beans. Then, we skillfully coach and refine the cacao nibs into luxurious, silky chocolate.

Our role as chocolate makers doesn’t end there—we love crafting the most delectable recipes to satisfy your taste buds. From bars and bonbons to batons, ganache, praline, nougatine, and more, we invite you to explore the wide range of treats we have to offer.
